Have done some classes with Tarek and experienced instant increase in my performance ability. I highly recommend getting started with the Kin-stretch classes, they are great for making any task in life a little easier through utilizing muscle exercises that are not typically performed.

I have taken Tarek’s kinstretch class a couple times and I love it! I can tell you that he understands mobility and movement patterns and you want that in a personal trainer. The best way I can describe kinstretch is that it’s more specific/targeted yoga without the extra stuff. Very personalized and respectful to biomechanics. I highly recommend you check it out.

I found Tarek online through his Kinstretch classes and then worked with him 1 on 1 virtually during quarantine. His program seamlessly combined joint mobility and overall athleticism. It was exactly what I was looking for, and his uncanny ability to communicate nuanced concepts and correct form was an awesome bonus. I’d recommend Tarek to anyone who’s serious about adding another layer of depth to their fitness regimen.

No Bull Personal Training is a vigorous but compassionate training studio. The studio is awesome and clean. The actual training is the best I’ve ever had. Tarek has done an amazing job helping me to relieve my aches and pains, get stronger and get to a healthier weight. Tarek is a great trainer. He works to develop the whole body, not just one aspect (i.e. fat loss, muscle development, etc). He develops a comprehensive program for long-term health and fitness. Additionally, he's just a pleasure to work with.
