“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tarek for an amazing year of training. He helped me cross the finish line on my first ever full Ironman. If you’re not familiar with a full Ironman triathlon, it’s a 2.4 mile swim, followed by 112 mile bike ride, followed by a full 26.2 mile marathon. This is a total of 140.6 miles, which has to be finished within 17 hours. I got it done in 14 hours 43 minutes. His functional training was second to none. He helped me in every discipline from swimming to biking to running by strengthening all the muscles to help me become an Ironman today. Of course if you’re just looking to lean up and stay in shape, he’s your man. He is extremely knowledgeable in health and fitness and, whatever your goals are, Tarek can help you. “When I met Tarek, my health was not a top priority for me. I never worked out or did anything to live a healthier life. I had horrible back pain and chronic kidney stones and I never had a day when I didn’t feel pain or sick. Since I’ve been working with him, he has taught me better eating habits, which helped me greatly with my kidney stones.
