Tarek is the No Bull Personal Training founder. He founded NBPT out of the desire to make a lasting impact on the lives of his clients with hopes of having a ripple effect that extends beyond fitness. He is objective, yet compassionate and prides himself on meeting his clients where they’re at. His specialties include mobility training, strength training and athletic performance training. Tarek is a NCCA Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE CPT) as well as a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialists (FRCms), a Functional Range Assessment Specialist (FRAs) and a licensed Kinstretch® instructor.
Edith’s mission is to guide clients in creating sustainable, healthy lifestyles through strength and mobility training. She aims to grow her client’s confidence and appreciation for their bodies in the gym and beyond. Edith is a NCCA Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE CPT) as well as a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms) and a Functional Range Assessment Specialist (FRAs).
Meghan provides both general and medical nutrition counseling through 1-on-1 sessions (in-person & online), group classes/presentations and cooking classes. She provides an individualized lifestyle approach to healthcare, and believes that optimal nutrition is key across the lifespan to keep you feeling your best. She holds a B.S. in Dietetics with Departmental Honors and M.S. in Human Nutrition, with a research focus on the Mediterranean Diet and older adults.
